العربية: قبر جنانيار هانم (توفيت عام 1912) المعروفة بالأميرة الثانية، و هي إحدى زوجات إسماعيل باشا خديوي مصر. يقع القبر في مسجد الرفاعي بالقاهرة، و له طراز فريد يجمع بين فن الخط العربي و الصلبان و الأقواس القوطية. هذا المزج يعكس حياة جنانيار هانم، فهي من أصل فرنسي مسيحي و لكنها اعتنقت الإسلام قبل وفاتها.
English: Tomb of Djananiar Hanem (died in 1912), one of the many wives of Khedive Isma'il Pasha of Egypt. She held the title of Second Princess. The tomb is located in the Rifa'i Mosque in Cairo, and has an unusual design that combines Islamic scripts with Christian crosses and Gothic arches. This reflects the fact that Djananiar Hanem was born as a French Christian but converted to Islam just before her death.
Français : Tombe de Djananiar Hanem (morte en 1912), l'une des nombreuses épouses du khédive Ismaïl Pacha d'Égypte. Elle portait le titre de Deuxième Princesse. La tombe, qui se trouve dans la mosquée d'Al-Rifaï au Caire, a un style atypique combinant la calligraphie islamique avec les croix chrétiennes et les arches gothiques. Un tel mélange s'explique par le fait que Djananiar Hanem était française et chrétienne de naissance mais se convertit à l'islam juste avant sa mort. |
