Bahasa Indonesia: Turangga dibangun berdasar sasis Ford 550 Heavy Duty yang memang populer untuk diubah menjadi kendaraan militer karena kehandalannya. TAD (Tugasanda Defense) baru melansir satu varian yakni jenis angkut pasukan (APC) yang dapat dimuati 12 orang prajurit termasuk komandan dan pengemudi.

Dalam perannya, Turangga dirancang dapat melakukan misi seperti penyerbuaan cepat, operasi pemeliharaan perdamaian dan pengawalan konvoi.

Secara dimensi Turangga memiliki panjang 6,4 m, tinggi 2,4 m, dan lebar 2,4 serta wheelbase 418 cm. Untuk menghela bobotnya yang hampir 9 ton ini digunakan mesin diesel bawaan Ford F550 HD kapasitas 6.700 cc berdaya 400 hp yang disandingkan dengan transmisi otomatis 6 percepatan.
English: The Turangga is built based on the Ford 550 Heavy Duty chassis which is popular to be converted into a military vehicle because of its reliability. TAD (Tugasanda Defense) has just launched one variant, namely the troop transport type (APC) which can be loaded with 12 soldiers including the commander and the driver.

In its role, Turangga is designed to carry out missions such as rapid invasion, peacekeeping operations and convoy escort.

In terms of dimensions, Turangga has a length of 6.4 m, a height of 2.4 m and a width of 2.4 and a wheelbase of 418 cm. To pull the weight of nearly 9 tons, the built-in Ford F550 HD diesel engine with a capacity of 6,700 cc with 400 hp capacity is paired with a 6-speed automatic transmission.
