Çağhan Kızıl (1981-yil 14-oktabr) turk va nemis neyrologi va genetigi. Taub instituti neyrologiya fanlari dotsenti hamda Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons kolleji qoshidagi Columbia University Irving Medical Center markazida miya qarishi bilan bogʻliq tadqiqotlar olib borgan[1][2].
Faoliyati
[tahrir | manbasini tahrirlash]Uning faoliyati genetika, neyrologiya, hujayra biologiyasi, neyroimmunologiya, biotexnologiya va dori vositalarini ishlab chiqishni oʻz ichiga olgan fanlararo tadqiqotlardan iborat. Uning jamoasi, asosan, kattalar miyasining neyrodegenerativ kasalliklarga bardosh berishi va qayta tiklanishida zebrafishdan foydalanishga eʼtibor qaratgan. Avvalo kattalar zebrafish miyasining Altsgeymer modelini yaratib[3][4], va bu modeldagi ildiz hujayra plastisiyasini bir hujayrali sekvensiyaga asoslangan tadqiqotini oʻtkazish orqali[5][6][7] miya regenerativ nerv ildiz hujayralarining plastisiyasini qoʻzgʻatish va zebrafish miyasida Altsgeymer kasalligi bilan bogʻliq inson genlarining funktsiyalarini aniqlashga yordam beruvchi molekulyar dasturlarni oʻrganishni maqsad qilgan[8]. Shuningdek, u dori industriyasiga hissa qoʻshgan in vitro platformasi boʻlmish, 3D inson miyasi modellari kabi sutemizuvchilar miyasida qiyosiy tadqiqotlarda ishlatiladigan vositalarni ishlab chiqqan[9][10].
Çağhan Kızıl Helmholtz assotsiatsiyasi tarkibidagi Nemis neyrodegenerativ kasalliklar markazida Helmgolts tadqiqot guruhini boshqargan[11][12]. Soʻngra 2013-yilda Helmholtz Young investigator mukofotini olganidan soʻng oʻz laboratoriyasini ochgan[13][14][15]. 2014 yilda Turkiya Oliy Taʼlim Kengashida dotsentlik dissertatsiyasini yoqladi. 2019-yil Helmgolts uyushmasi doirasida DZNE Drezdenda guruh rahbari sifatida ham faoliyat olib borgan. U neyrologik kasalliklar uchun 3D yuqori oʻtkazuvchanlikdagi dori skrining platformasiga ixtisoslashgan Neuron-D GmbH[16] neyrodegenerativ kasalliklar markaziga asos solgan[17].
