2-C-metil-D-eritritol 4-fosfat sitidiltransferaza
Enzimologiyada 2-C-metil-D-eritritol 4-fosfat sitidiltransferaza (EC)) kimyoviy reaksiyani katalizlovchi ferment hisoblanadi.
- 2-C-metil-D-eritritol 4-fosfat + CTP difosfat + 4-(sitidin 5'-difosfo)-2-C-metil-D-eritritol
Shunday qilib, ushbu fermentning ikkita substrati CTP va 2-C-metil-D-eritritol 4-fosfat hisoblanadi, uning ikkita oxirgi mahsuloti difosfat va 4-difosfositidil-2-C-metileriitritoldir.
Ushbu ferment transferazlar oilasiga, xususan, fosfor oʻz ichiga olgan nukleotid guruhlarini (nukleotidiltransferaza) turkumiga tegishli.
Bu ferment izoprenoid biosintezi va stevenozimda ishtirok etadi. MEP yoʻlining uchinchi bosqichini katalizlaydi ; CTP va MEP (2C-metil-D-eritritol 4-fosfat) dan CDP-ME (4-difosfositidil-2C-metil-D-eritritol) hosil boʻlishi[1]. Izoprenoid infektsiya yoʻliga qarshi dori ishlab chiqish uchun ham keyinchalik qoʻllash maqsad qilingan[2][3].
Nomlanishi
[tahrir | manbasini tahrirlash]Ushbu ferment sinfining tizimli nomi CTP: 2-C-metil-D-eritritol 4-fosfat sitidiltransferazadir . Bu ferment deb ham ataladi.
- MEP sitidiltransferaza
- CDP-ME sintetaza
Bu odatda IspD deb qisqartiriladi. Bundan tashqari, ochiq mutoolalarda YgbP deb ham yuritiladi.
