Abar Xabo (inglizcha: Eat Again ) - bu G'arbiy Bengaliyadagi shirinlik bo'lib, pista, kaju, mayiz va kheerni o'z ichiga olgan ikkita konsentrik shardan iborat. [1][2]
Tarix
[tahrir | manbasini tahrirlash]Abar xabo Nobin Chandra Das tomonidan Kossimbazarlik Maharani Swarnamoyee Devi tomonidan yangi shirinlik turini yaratish iltimosiga binoan ixtiro qilingan. Maharani abar khaboni iste'mol qilgandan so'ng, uning nomini "abar Khabo" (abar Khabo) deb xitob qildi[3][4].
Gupta Brothers va Bhim Chandra Nagning Kolkatadagi shirinlik do'konlari abar xabo tayyorlash bilan mashhur. [5]
