Orgestcatyear is used to create categories of the form "Organizations established in YYYY" or "Organizations disestablished in YYYY", where YYYY is a 4-digit year.
e.g.
- Category:Organizations established in 1791 Andoza:Aye
- Category:Organizations disestablished in 1968 Andoza:Aye
It is not for use on other types of categories, e.g.
- Category:Religious organizations established in 1864 Andoza:Nay
- Category:Scientific organizations established in 1953 Andoza:Nay
- Category:Sports organizations disestablished in 2007 Andoza:Nay
The template creates navigation tables and puts the page into the correct parent categories
