Dofar togʻlari

Vikipediya, ochiq ensiklopediya

Dofar togʻlari (arabcha: جِبَال ظُفَار) – Arabiston yarim orolining janubi-sharqiy qismidagi togʻ tizmasi. Dofar togʻlari Ummon Sultonligidagi Dofar gubernatorligidan Yamandagi Hadramaut gubernatorligigacha choʻzilib, Ummonning shimoliy qismidagi Hajar va Yamanning gʻarbiy qismidagi Saravat togʻlari oʻrtasida joylashgan[1]. Yamanning sharqiy qismida joylashgan togʻ tizmalari Hadramaut[2] yoki Mahrat deb ataladi[1].

Dofar togʻlari uchta pastki tizmalardan iborat boʻlib, ular Jabal al-Qara (arabcha: جبل القرا), Jabal al-Qamar (arabcha: جبل القمر) va Jabal Samhan (arabcha: جبل سمحان) deb ataladi[1][3][4]. Jabal Samhanning eng aland nuqtasi 2,100 m (6,900 ft) atrofida[5].

Jabal Samhan qoʻriqxonasida arab leopardlari saqlanadi[3][6]. Shuningdek, u yerda Ummonning koʻplab nubiya echkilari ham yashaydi[7]. Ilgari bu hududda Osiyo gepardlari ham uchragan, biroq oxirgi gepard 1977-yilning Jibjat yaqinida oʻldirilgan[8].

2018-yilning dekabr oyida mintaqadagi togʻ tizmalarida Shokari qum poygachisini ham koʻrishgan[9].
