Microbacteriaceae — Actinomycetales sinfiga oid boʻlgan bakteriyalar oilasi hisoblanadi[2]. Ular gramm-musbat tuproq organizmlaridir.

[tahrir | manbasini tahrirlash]Kasallik qoʻzgʻatuvchilarga Mycobacteriaceae oilasiga Mycobacterium urugʻi mansub boʻlib, ular spirt, kistota va ishqorlarga chidamliligi bilan harakterlanadi. Bu oilaga sil, moxov mikobakteriyalari, shuningdek, odam va hayvonlar organizmida hamda boshoqli oʻsimliklar, tuproq, suv va goʻnglarda uchraydigan kislotaga chidamli saprofitlar ham kiradi. Barcha mikobakteriyalar odam va hayvonlar uchun patogen, shartli-patogen va saprofitlarga boʻlinadi. Mikobakteriyalarni qoʻzgʻatuvchi shartli - patogen mikobakteriyalar va saprofitlar E.Ranon tomonidan notipik mikobakteriyalarga kiritilib uylar pigment hosil qilish, oʻsish sur'ati, kul'tural va biokimyoviy xususiyatlariga koʻra fotoxromotogen, skotoxromotogen, nefoxromogen va atipik xillarga ajratiladi. Patogen mikobakteriyalarga M.tuberculosis, M.bovis, M.lepraemurium, M.paratuberculosis, M.microti, M.africanum, M.leprae va boshqalar kiradi[3].
