Muḥammad ibn Yūsuf ibn al-Ḥakam ibn Abī ʿAqīl al-Saqafiy (arabcha: محمد بن يوسف بن الحكم بن أبي عقيل الثقفي) – 8-asr boshlarida Umaviylar xalifaligining hokimi.
Iroqning qudratli hokimi al-Hajjoj ibn Yusufning ukasi Muhammad Fars ustoni uchun rahbar oʻrinbosari sifatida ukasining huzurida xizmat qilgan[1]. 693-yilda Fars poytaxtiga aylangan Sheroz shahrining asoschisi sifatida eʼtirof etiladi[2][3]. Keyinchalik Yaman hokimi boʻlgan[1]. 714/715-yilda shu lavozimda vafot etgan[4]. Qizi Umm al-Hajjoj xalifa Yazid II (h. 620–624) ga turmushga chiqqan va ularning oʻgʻli al-Valid II (h. 743–744) oʻn birinchi Umaviy xalifasi sifatida hukmronlik qilgan[5].
