Quba masjidi (arabcha: مَسْجِد قُبَاء) – Saudiya Arabistonining Hijoz mintaqasida, Madina shahrida joylashgan masjid. 7-asrda, Muhammadning hayot davrida qurilgan[1][2][3]. Dunyodagi birinchi masjid ekanligi, Muhammadning Madinaga hijrat qilish kunining ilk kunida qurilganligi aytiladi[4][5]. Uning birinchi toshini paygʻambar qoʻygani, inshootni esa uning hamrohlari qurganligi taʼkinlanadi.

Tarixiy islomiy matnlarga koʻra, Muhammad bu masjidda 14 kun davomida qasr namozini oʻqigan (arabcha: قَصْر, qisqa namoz). Dastlab, masjid Madinadan 6 kilometr (3.7 milya) uzoqlikda Quba qishlogʻida qurilgan[6].
