Rusif Shokir oʻgʻli Huseynov (ozarbayjoncha: Rusif Şakir oğlu Hüseynov) — Ozarbayjon tadqiqotchisi[1][2] va siyosiy eksperti.[3][4] U „The Politicon“ onlayn siyosiy jurnalining asoschisi va bosh muharriri,[5] shuningdek, Topchubashov Markazining asoschisi va direktoridir.[6] Husaynovning asosiy manfaatlari — postsovet mamlakatlaridagi ijtimoiy-siyosiy jarayonlar, muzlatilgan nizolar va etnik ozchiliklardir. Uning tadqiqotlari asosan Sharqiy Yevropa, Yaqin Sharq, Kavkaz va Markaziy Osiyoni qamrab oladi.[7][8]
Biografiyasi
[tahrir | manbasini tahrirlash]Rusif Huseynov 24-avgust 1987-yilda Ozarbayjon SSRning Sahil shaharchasinda tugʻilgan.[9] U 2004-yilda Boku davlat universitetiga qabul qilingan va 2008-yilda xalqaro munosabatlar bakalavrini tamomlagan.[10] Huseynov magistrlik darajasini Tartu universitetining[11] Yohan Skayt siyosiy tadqiqotlar institutida oldi.[12]
Huseynov 2018-yil aprel oyida Murod Murodov bilan birgalikda[13] Topchubashov markazini tashkil qildi. Markaz Bokudagi Mintaqaviy tadqiqotlar jamoat birlashmasi tarkibida ishlaydi.[14]
