Yitro
Yitro (ivritcha: יִתְרוֹ Yiṯerô Chiqish k. 4:18 יֶ֣תֶר Yeṯer va qadimgi yunoncha: Ιοθόρ) — Eski Ahddagi personaj, keney qabilasi Midiyon urugʻi ruhoniysi va shahzodasi, Musoning qaynotasi, qizi Zipporaga uylangan (Ibron. — Sipor).
Musulmonlar anʼanaviy ravishda Yitroni paygʻambar Shuayb alayhissalom bilan birxillashtiradi, zamonaviy olimlar buni asossiz deb bilishadi[1][2].
Yitro druzlar[3][4] asoschisi va ularning dinida paygʻambar[5][6] sanaladi.
Bibliyada
[tahrir | manbasini tahrirlash]Musoning qaynotasi Muqaddas Kitobda turli nomlar bilan uchraydi: Raguel (ivritcha: רְעוּאֵל Rəʻûʼēl); „Midiyonlik ruhoniy Yitro“; „Keneylik, Musoning qaynotasi“; Xovav (ivritcha: חֹבָ֖ב Ḥōḇāḇ). Uygʻunlashtirish uchun quyidagi taxminlar ilgari suriladi[7]:
- Barcha ismlar bitta shaxsga tegishli;
- Raguel Yitro va Xovavning otasi, Yitro Musoning qaynotasi;
- Raguel Musoning qaynotasi, Yitro va Xovavning otasi;
- Raguel yoki Hovav Yitro bilan aniqlanishi kerak.
Bibliyadagi Chiqish kitobining 18-bobida Yitro qanday qilib Musoning oldiga Sinay togʻiga kelgani, u yerda xalqni (yahudiylarni) hukm qilgani va tinch zamonda xalqning kichik tashvishlarini hal qilishi, muhim ishlarni esa Musoga yetkazishi uchun „qodir, Xudodan qoʻrqadigan“ odamlarni xalq ustida mingboshi, yuzboshi, ellikboshi va oʻnboshi qilib tayinlashni maslahat bergani keltirilgan. Shunday qilib, Yitro Musoga sud jarayoni masalasini hal qilishda yordam beradi.

The names of these souls were then engraved on two tablets, which were then placed inside two hollow pillars – one to withstand fire and one to withstand water. According to their tradition, Jethro was one of these souls, and he initiated Moses into the tradition. Consequently, Jethro is revered by Druze as one of their greatest Prophets.“
