Usmon ibn Abu Niso al-Xotamiy (arabcha: عثمان بن أبي نسعة الخثعمي)^[1] – Umaviylar xalifaligi Al-Andalusning toʻqqizinchi hokimi. Milodiy 728-yil (hijriy 110) oxiridan 729-yil (hijriy 111) boshlarigacha toʻrt oy hukmronlik qilgan^[2].
