Malika Jahon (fors. ملکہ جھان; „dunyo malikasi“ degan maʼnoni anglatadi) Jaysalmer malikasi va Boburiy imperatori Jahongirning rafiqasi boʻlgan[1].
Oila
[tahrir | manbasini tahrirlash]Malikaning rajputcha ismi nomaʼlum. Jaysalmer hukmdori Raval Bhim Singxning qizi[2][3]. Otasi martabali va nufuzli kishi edi[4]. Shuningdek Raval Harrajning nabirasi edi. Uning Kalyan Mal, Bhakar va Sulton ismli uchta amakisi bor edi. Uning xolasi 1570-yilda imperator Akbarga turmushga chiqqan va bu turmushidan Mahi Begum ismli qiz farzand dunyoga kelgan[5].
Nikoh
[tahrir | manbasini tahrirlash]Boburiy imperator Jahongir unga shahzoda payti uylangan va unga „Malika jahon“ unvonini berdi, buning lugʻaviy maʼnosi „dunyo malikasi“dir. Jahongir oʻz xotiralarida bu ittifoq malikaning oilasi hamisha Boburiylarga sodiq boʻlgani uchun tuzilganini qayd etadi[6].
